Julius Caesar is the third album by Bill Callahan also known as Smog, released in 1993 on Drag City. It was re-released in Europe in 2001 on Domino Records. After his two first LPs, which were recorded at home with an experimental lo-fi approach, Callahan decided to record this album in a professional studio. Nevertheless, he kept control over the recording process, with only Kim Osterwalder helping out on cello. Rózsa studied the violin from the age of five and went to Leipzig to study music at the Leipzig Conservatory with Hermann Grabner in 1926. While living in Paris from 1931 and then in London from 1935, he was commissioned by Alexander Korda to write the score for film Knight Without Armour 1937. Miklós Rózsa, Composer: Ben-Hur. A child prodigy, Miklos Rózsa learned to play the violin at the age of five and read music before he was able to read words. In 1926, he began studying at the Leipzig Conservatory where he was considered a brilliant student. He obtained his doctorate in music in 1930.
